POS Direct Ltd, established to meet the growing Fulfilment needs of today’s Internet Retailer.

Our pedigree within POS Direct Ltd. is derived from our experience of 21 years operating as a Business to Consumer (B2C) and a Business to Business (B2B) services company specialising in Fulfilment, Distribution, Ecommerce and Storage for global brands. The company aims to deliver Premium Service, Visibility, Value and Innovation for all our customers for every service provided without compromise. Fulfilment

We will endeavour to surpass our client expectations measured by Key Performance Indicators, through our robust procedures, implementing stringent quality control in the order processing and preparation, picking, packing, dispatching and execution of all orders to your customers and end users.

Distribution

Understanding effective distribution and its impact on the end users brand and chosen supplier experience, remains front of mind. Without exception, timely delivery, wherever, whenever, however, continues to be exhaustively challenged and executed.

E-Commerce

Continuing to innovate and deliver efficiencies in E-Commerce is essential in helping our clients to meet their objectives. Our unique bespoke fulfilment solution enables integration with our clients based on their needs, rather than rigid system processes. We achieve this by adopting a sliding scale approach to integration enabling our clients to integrate with the Jungo Fulfilment system from a level that suits them. This scale includes clients using full scale business applications such as SAP with EDI exchange protocols through to open source e-commerce platforms such as Magento using batch ordering solutions.

We also offer bespoke management portals enabling our clients to run their own ‘Cloud Warehouses’ enabling you to Book in Stock, Address Management, Stock Management, Financial Management, Bespoke Reporting, Stock Collection and Stock Disposal Facility.

Storage

Our comprehensive understanding of our client’s diverse range of Products, managed by our tailored MIS, provides clear visibility and accessibility for our clients allowing finite execution of fulfilment & despatch of orders.

We have a vastly experienced Director/Senior Management team and employ more than 120 people specialising in all aspects of our service provision.

We have a vastly experienced Director/Senior Management team and employ more than 120 people specialising in all aspects of our service provision from Account Management & Administration to Warehouse Operations and IT, so you can be assured we can manage your account efficiently and effectively from integration and implementation through to the long-term.

Our IT capabilities set us apart, allowing us to offer bespoke Warehouse Management Systems encompassing comprehensive stock, order, track & trace and management reporting functionalities, tailored to match customer requirements along with web based solutions for optimum convenience and performance for our valued clients. Alternatively, we can integrate with your systems to ensure best practice is achieved for both parties.

We believe our added value is in tailoring a warehousing & resource solution to suit you. This may involve dedicated facilities both in terms of warehousing and other resource to meet your requirements right down to how we integrate IT systems & IT operational & reporting requirements, what storage facilities would suit your products best (e.g. pallet racking, shelving, pick-bins etc), how best to process, pack and dispatch your orders and which delivery option matches your needs.

Our starting point would be to listen to you so that ultimately we can provide you with the best solutions for your business in all aspects of our role.

Our expertise in implementing and embedding the operations of major clients and the disciplined management of their collateral thereafter within our business will commence with appointing a dedicated Jungo Account team in both the Warehouse and Administration functions.

At the Administration/Operational interface, we will appoint a dedicated Account Manager (AM) as your primary contact. The AM will be fully supported by an Administration and Warehouse team. Day to day performance will be closely overseen by our Client Services Manager. At a senior level the Facility Operations Director will be involved in regular review meetings, both externally with you and internally with the Account team to ensure your key objectives and KPI's are being achieved.

Your Jungo Account Manager/Administration and Warehouse Team will work seamlessly with your key personnel on all commercial areas.

Jungo are helping Wild Trail with their retailer and wholesaler fulfilment operation.

Jungo have recently acquired another new client. SeenACar.com is a complete online car selling solution, which puts the customer literally in the driving seat! when privately selling their vehicle.

Jungo are helping SeenACar with their online fulfilment processes.

can seamlessly exchange order information from the SeenACar ecommerce platform
